Quotation & Order Terms

Clarity at every stage. From your first drawing to your confirmed order.

General information for enquiries and orders. Specific commercial and technical conditions are subject to the quotation and order confirmed by both parties.

Enquiries and quotation scope

Website information is a starting point for discussion. Provide current drawings, material, quantity, finish, inspection requirements and delivery destination. The quotation defines its scope, price, currency, validity and any exclusions. An enquiry or uploaded file alone does not confirm an order.

Order confirmation and payment

Order acceptance, payment method, deposit or payment schedule and production authorisation are confirmed for each order. Do not assume a standard payment period or fixed lead time unless it appears in the agreed documents.

Drawings and changes

Identify the controlling file revision and acceptance criteria before production. Changes to quantity, geometry, material, finish or delivery requirements may affect price and timing. Obtain written confirmation of changes before they are implemented.

Inspection and acceptance

Agree the inspection scope, tolerances, sampling, documentation and any first-article approval in advance. Review received parts against the confirmed specification. Any concern should include the order reference and supporting evidence so the team can assess it.

Delivery and after-sales

Shipping arrangements, packaging, responsibility for duties and taxes, delivery terms and any after-sales obligations are agreed per order. Any remedy or replacement arrangement is reviewed against those agreed terms; this page does not establish a fixed warranty period.

Confidentiality and document priority

Any NDA is subject to separate agreement. In case of a difference between this general information and a quotation, order or NDA confirmed by both parties, the applicable confirmed document governs that project. Contact sales@yp-mfg.com to clarify requirements before ordering.
