Discuss confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive drawings, models or project information.

Request an agreement first

YP-MFG can discuss signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement before quotation files are shared. Send your NDA or ask the team to coordinate an agreement. Confidentiality obligations take effect according to the agreement accepted by both parties; this webpage is not an executed NDA.

Define the scope

  • The parties and authorised project contacts.
  • Which information is confidential and permitted project uses.
  • Any restrictions on subcontractors or service providers.
  • Security, access, return or deletion requirements.
  • The agreement duration and applicable exceptions.

Share only the necessary files

After the agreement is confirmed, use the agreed transfer method and label files with the correct revision. Avoid sharing credentials, unrelated personal data or information you are not authorised to disclose. Confirm any special handling requirements before upload.

Project coordination

If quotations, sourcing or production require additional parties, discuss any disclosure restrictions before work begins. Data retention, file return and deletion are handled according to the agreed NDA, order and applicable obligations.
