What information do you need for a quote?
Please provide your drawings, material, quantity, and any finish or tolerance requirements. Include your required delivery date if your project has a deadline.
Can I request a quote if I haven’t decided on a material or finish?
Yes. Tell us how the part will be used and which requirements are still open. Our team can discuss suitable options with you.
Do you support both prototypes and production orders?
Yes. Please include your required quantity so we can assess the manufacturing approach and pricing.
How is the lead time determined?
Lead time depends on part complexity, material availability, quantity, finishing, and inspection requirements. We’ll include an estimated lead time in your quotation. Expedited orders can be dispatched in as little as 3 days.
Can I arrange an NDA before uploading my files?

How is pricing calculated?
We quote each part against your drawing, not from a standard price list. Material, machining time, tolerances, surface finish and quantity all affect the price, which is why two similar-looking parts can cost very differently. Your quotation is itemized so you can see what each step contributes.
