YP-MFG / PROJECT RESOURCES

Shipping & Delivery

Clarity at every stage. From your first drawing to your confirmed order.

Plan packaging, transport and delivery responsibilities alongside your manufacturing requirements.

Confirm the destination

Provide the complete delivery address, recipient contact details and any site access or receiving requirements. Tell us if the shipment must arrive for a specific project milestone so scheduling options can be reviewed.

Transport and delivery terms

Shipping method, carrier, freight cost, delivery term and responsibility for insurance are confirmed in the quotation or order. If an Incoterms rule is used, confirm the rule, named place and version. Transit estimates and customs processing are distinct from manufacturing lead time.

Packaging requirements

Specify cosmetic protection, corrosion protection, part separation, labelling, assembly grouping or special packaging needs. Packaging suitable for your parts and transport route is agreed per order.

Customs, duties and documents

Confirm who arranges import clearance and pays duties or taxes. Ask in advance for any invoice, packing list, origin information or other documentation required for your destination. Requirements vary by shipment and jurisdiction.

Receiving and reporting concerns

Check the packaging, quantity and part condition on receipt. Retain shipment labels and packaging when reporting transit damage. Send the order reference, photographs and relevant measurement evidence to sales@yp-mfg.com. Claims and next steps are reviewed under the confirmed order and carrier arrangements.
