Часто задаваемые вопросы

Clarity at every stage. From your first drawing to your confirmed order.

Answers to common questions about preparing an enquiry and coordinating a manufacturing project.

What should I send for a quote?

Provide your part files, quantity, material, finish and drawing revision. A STEP model and dimensioned PDF drawing are useful starting points. Confirm file compatibility with the team; include critical tolerances and inspection requirements explicitly.

Can you review my design?

You can request a manufacturability review with your enquiry. Identify functional and cosmetic priorities. Suggested changes require your approval and do not replace your design validation. See the design guide.

What are the lead time and minimum order?

These depend on geometry, material, process, quantity and current scheduling. Ask for a project-specific quotation. Production and shipping dates are confirmed in the quotation or order rather than assumed from general website information.

How are payment and changes handled?

Currency, payment schedule and any deposit are agreed for each order. If files, quantity or requirements change, request an updated quotation and written confirmation of the impact on price and timing.

Can we sign an NDA?

Request an NDA before sending confidential files. Its scope and obligations must be agreed by both parties. See confidentiality and NDA information.

What inspection documents can I request?

Specify the dimensions to inspect, measurement method, acceptance criteria and any report or material certificate needed. The agreed inspection scope and any additional cost are confirmed before production.

How do shipping and after-sales enquiries work?

Confirm destination, shipping method, packaging, duties and delivery responsibility in the order. If you notice a concern after receiving parts, contact sales with the order reference, drawing revision, photographs and measurement evidence. Resolution is reviewed against the agreed specifications.
